I don't mean people who are just introverted/shy/quiet whatever, well it's your personality, you just can't snap out of a personality but..
I mean people who have social anxiety, selective mutism, sometimes other anxiety disorders or other mental disorders out there.. they are misunderstood.
I'm not saying all people who are quiet/introverted/shy have something wrong with them.
I want to post this on Facebook but I don't think most of the people out there can take anything seriously or take a good "uninteresting" explanation on an anxiety disorder or the stupidest thing that I know some people would do is.. "Why are you so quiet then?"

Omg! I agree with this SO much! I have SM and my friends tell me to talk more and just be crazy in front of people I don't know. I tell them something like what you said "I can't just snap out of it." They still don't seem to understand. Also I'm glad to hear you're getting help for it!
